Refunds & Returns Policy

At Smart Pet Co, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Items must be unused and in resellable condition

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return if opened or used, including:

  • Used pet products
  • Opened litter products
  • Used feeding accessories
  • Products damaged through misuse

Warranty Claims

Many Smart Pet Co products include a manufacturer warranty covering faults or defects.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Water damage not covered by product specifications
  • Improper installation or handling

Please contact our support team with photos and details if you believe your item is faulty.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

We recommend using tracked postage as Smart Pet Co is not responsible for lost return parcels.
